IRREVERSIBLE FLAP

Invention herewith described refers to the irreversible flap consisting of the body (1) on whose back side is built-in a protective part (7), which fully covers the body of the flap protecting it from vandalism. In the extreme upper part of the protective part (7) there is set the connection flange (2) whose thickness, size, as well as the number and diameter of the punched holes depend on the nominal width. The front flange (3) is tilted by 10 degrees in relation to the vertical axis of the pipe. The cover plate (4) completely covers the front flange, and its dimensions depend on the nominal width. At the bottom of the flap panel there is mounted the tarring weight (5) that is completely isolated with the PE sheath. At the top of the flap body (1) there is set the stainless steel shaft (6) also insulated with the sheath. Nepovratna klapna se sastoji od tela (1) na kojem sa njegove zadnje strane je ugrađen zaštitni deo (7) koji u celosti poklapa telo klapne i tim je štiti od vandalizma. Na krajnjem gornjem delu zaštitnog dela (7) postavljena je priključna prirubnica (2) čija debljina, veličina, kao i broj i prečnik probušenih otvora zavise od nominalne širine. Prednja prirubnica (3) nagnuta je za 10 stepeni u odnosu na uspravnu osu cevi. Zaklopna ploča (4) u potpunosti zaklapa prednju prirubnicu, a njene dimenzije su u zavisnosti od nominalne širine. Na donjem delu zaklopne ploče postavljen je teg za tariranje (5) koji je potpuno izolovan s omotačem od PE.Na gornjem delu tela klapne (1) postavljeno je vratilo (6) od nerđajućeg čelika, koje je izolovano omotačem.
