STYRODUR REINFORCED PLATE

Invention herewith described refers to the styrodur reinforced plate comprising the styrodur plate (1) wherein is embedded wire (2, 3) reinforcement and affixed with adhesive (4). Around the styrodur plate (1), around all six sides is applied a layer (5) of adhesive. Over the layer (5) of adhesive on the joints (11) of the top and all lateral sides is glued the angular reinforcement (6). Over the layer (5) of adhesive and the angular reinforcement (6) is placed and glued with a layer (7) of adhesive the PVC net (8). Another layer (9) of adhesive is on all these applied as a finishing layer. If it is necessary to decorate the plate, the decorative layer (10) of adhesive is applied on the finishing layer (9) of adhesive. In this way, the styrodur reinforced plate gets good insulating properties and strength so it can be used instead of granite slabs for tombstones and as replacement for other plates which are heavier and more expensive when applied to the floors, walls and ceilings. Armirana stirodur ploča, obuhvata stirodur ploču (1) u koju je utisnuta armatura od žica (2,3) i zalepljena lepkom (4). Oko stirodur ploče (1), je oko svih šest strana nalepljen sloj (5) lepka. Preko sloja (5) lepka na spojeve (11) gornje i svih bočnih strana je nalepljeno ugaono ojačanje (6). Preko sloja (5) lepka i ugaonog ojačanja (6) je postavljena i slojem (7) nalepljena PVC mrežica (8). Još jedan sloj (9) lepka je na sve to zalepljen kao završni sloj. U slučaju potrebe za ukrašavanjem ploče na završni sloj (9) lepka se lepi ukrasni sloj (10) lepka.Na ovaj način izvedena armirana stirodur ploča dobij a dobra izolatorska svojstva i čvrstinu da se može upotrebiti umesto granitnih ploča kao nadgrobne prekrivke i zamene za ostale ploče koje su teže i skuplje u primeni na podovima, zidovima i tavanicama.
