Zusammenfassung:Invention herewith described refers to a method for measuring and analysis of vibrations and balance of rotor according to the stroboscopic method and device for accomplishing the procedure, is based on a vibration generator (20), positioned on a stand (26) of a rotary machine the rotor of which is balanced, a stroboscopic source (19) and a processing unit, positioned in a box (16) of a device (18). The processing unit, actually a microcomputer, based on the data obtained from the vibration sensing device (20), stroboscopic source (19), and control keys (9-15), collects, analyses, processes and stores data for the purpose of obtaining the value of the total level of absolute vibrations, spectrum of vibrations, importance of the vibrations and the value and angular position of the unbalance of the rotor. Measured values are shown on a display (1, 2) and diodes (3-7) positioned on a box (16) of the device. Procesorski postupak za merenje i analizu vibracija i uravnotežavanje rotora stroboskopskom metodom i uređaj za izvođenje postupka, se zasniva na davaču vibracija (20), koji se postavlja na postolje (26) rotacione mašine čiji se rotor uravnotežava, stroboskopskog izvora (19) i procesorske jedinice, smeštenih u kutiji (16) uređaja (18). Procesorska jedinica, koja predstavlja mikrokompjuter, na osnovu podataka dobijenih od davača (20) vibracija, stroboskopskog izvora (19) i kontrolnih tastera (9-15), prikuplja, analizira, obrađuje i memoriše podatke u cilju dobijanja vrednosti ukupnog nivoa apsolutnih vibracija, spektra vibracija, značajnosti vibracija i veličine i ugaonog položaja neuravnoteženosti rotora. Izmerene vrednosti se prikazuju pomoću displeja (1,2) i dioda (3-7) smeštenih na kutiji (16) uređaja.
