FOIL-LIKE STOMA BELT - I

Foil-like stoma belt I has a standard wide multi wall strap-like element (1) and (2) surrounding the patient's waist, and the ends of which overlap each other and are connected by a hook-and loop fastener (3). Internal end of the band has a transversal opening by which it is positioned onto the base (4) attached onto the stoma opening of the patient. Onto the base (4) secured is the layer-like stoma bag (5) reinforced by layers i.e. foils. Moreover, there is an opening at the external side, i.e. drain, whereto attached is a leak tight hose and, by the opening of the end, and that by its foil-like end (7). The other end of the hose is protected by a clip (8). The hose is used for receiving of the physiological content and is replaceable. The mentioned leak tight hose passes through the band around the belt (1) and (2) which camouflages it. The same one has elastic elements (9) which automatically adjust to the size of the belt. Onto the belt, from the inside, it is possible to put additional scent neutralizer, if necessary. Lisnati Stoma pojas I, ima klasičan široki višezidni trakasti elemenat pojasa (1) i (2) koji opisuje struk pacijenta, a krajevi mu prelaze jedan preko drugog i spojeni su čičak trakama (3).Unutrošnji kraj trake ima poprečni. otvor kojim se postavlja na bazu (4) zalepljenu na Stoma otvor pacijenta. A za bazu (4) se pričvršćuje lisnata Stoma kesa (5) pojačana sa listovima folijama. Ista ima još i otvor sa spoljne strane, tj. odvodni, za koji se otvorom kraja lepi nepromočivo crevo i to sa njegovim lisnatim krajem (7). A crevo je na drugom kraju osigurano štipaljkom (8).Crevo služi za prihvat fiziološkog sadržaja i zamenjivo je. Navedeno nepromočivo crevo prolazi kroz traku pojasa (l) i (2) koja ga maskira. A ista ima i elastične elemente (9) koji automatski podešavaju veličinu pojasa. Na pojas iznutra je moguće postaviti dodatni neutralizator mirisa, ako je potrebno.
