Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an apparatus for hot-dip coating a metal bar (1), especially a steel strip, in which the metal bar (1) is vertically guided through a vessel (3) accommodating the melted coating metal (2) and through a conduit (4) that is mounted upstream thereof. At least two inductors (5) generating an electromagnetic field are disposed in the vessel (3) in the region of the conduit (4) on both sides of the metal bar (1) so as to retain the coating metal (2) in the vessel (3) while an increased volume of the coating metal (2) is provided in some sections. In order to kill the coating bath, the increased volume is located in the area of the magnetic field of the inductors (5). Pronalazak se odnosi na uredjaj za oslojavanje metalne šipke (1), posebno čelične trake, potapanjem u rastopljen metal, u kome se metalna šipka (1) vertikalno provodi kroz posudu (3), koja sadrži rastopljen metal (2) za oslojavanje i kroz jedan prethodno priključen kanal (4) za vodjenje, u čijem su području sa obe strane metalne šipke (1) postavljena najmanje dva induktora koji proizvode elektromagnetno polje da bi se metal (2) za oslojavanje zadržao u posudi (3), i u kome po segmentima postoji uvećana zapremina metala (2) za oslojavanje. Radi smirivanja kupatila za oslojavanje pronalskom je predvidjeno da se uvećana zapremina nalazi u području magnetnog polja induktora (5).
