Zusammenfassung:Patent application refers to the process and method for preparation of ajvar for children. Invention herewith described solves the problem of production of ajvar according to the process wherein harmful chemical additives are not used. This is achieved as to the following; sweet capsicums /bell peppers/ (Capsicum annuum) green and red are baked on the cooker's plate, and tomato (Solanum lycopersicum), carrots (Daucus carota) and apples (Pirus malus), are baked in the oven and then grinded through the finest sieve in a mill and poured in an enamel pot wherein are added oil, sea salt, and thereupon it is simmered and mixed with a wood ladle as long as at the bottom a trace of ladle stirring is not visible. In this way obtained mass is poured into the jars, put into a baking pan and sterilized in the oven for 25 minutes and thereupon covered with closures, and terry cloth and put aside for another 24 hours. Prijava patenta se odnosi na postupak i recepturu dobijanja dečijeg ajvara. Pronalaskom je rešen problem proizvodnje ajvara kroz postupak u kome se ne koriste štetni hemijski dodatci. Ovo je ostvareno tako što se na plotni šporeta ispeku slatke paprike (Capcisum annuum) zelene i crvene, a u rerni paradajz (Solarium lycopersicum), šargarepe (Daucus carota) i jabuke (Pirus malus), a zatim se samelju na mašini na najsitnijem situ i sipaju u emajliranu šerpu u koju se doda ulje i morska so, nakon čega se kuva i meša drvenom varjačom dok na dnu prilikom mešanja ne ostane trag. Ovako dobijena masa se sipa u čiste teglice, ređa u pleh i stavlja u rernu na sterilizaciju 25 minuta a potom zatvara poklopcima, pokriva frotirom i ostavlja da odstoji 24 časa.
