Zusammenfassung: | According to the fig. 1, connection in a production process a wood wool from a production unit 1, by a transportation means comes to automatic moisture with a moisturizer trough 6, wherein is brought a water solution of additives for tarolite combi mass from a dosage unit 2,3, 4 and thereupon along conveying belts into a cement mixer 8, and then by a transportation system to a line (9), where inbuilt is a cylinder 10, wherefrom the belt unwinds into a line for formation of the layers of the plate, thus as a final product there is obtained a fresh tarolit or combi plate with an inbuilt belt that according to the function of the belt and demands by the consumers. The plate is pressed in blocks, left aside, and upon its solidification, is packed and put aside et away as a stored final product. In introducing the belts into a component parts of combi plate and in linear production we obtain plates with inbuilt steam weir as desired, and insulation bituminized belt as to the choice, net of synthetic or glassy fiber, by a layer of a reed for fixing the mortar onto ceilings, and various other combinations of waste belts for various uses in civil engineering. In fig. 2 there is given a possible position of a belt within a plate, where from both sides or only along one side is bound tarolite mass 1, for a plate from the styrofoam 2, with a built-in surface layer of the belt 3, from one side or from both sides.
Prema slici br. 1, šemi, u proizvodnom procesu drvena vuna iz jedinice za proizvodnju 1, transportnim sistemom dolazi do automatske vage sa ovlaživačkim koritom 6, u koji se dovodi vodeni rastvor aditiva za tarolit masu iz dozatora 2, 3, 4, potom transportnim trakama do mešalice sa cementom 8, a zatim transportnim sistemom do linije 9, gde se ugrađuje bubanj 10, sa koga se traka odmotava u liniju za formiranje slojeva ploče, te se kao finalni proizvod dobija sveža tarolit ili kombi ploča sa ugrađenom trakom prema funkciji trake i zahtevima kupca. Ploča se presuje u blokovima, odležava, po očvršćavanju formatizira, pakuje i odlaže kao uskladišteni finalni proizvod. Uvođenjem traka u sastav kombi ploče liniskom proizvodnjom dobijamo ploče sa ugrađenom parnom branom po izboru, izolacionom bitumeniziranom trakom po izboru, mrežicom od sintetičkog ili staklenog vlakna, slojem trske za plafonsko malterisanje, i razne druge kombinacije kaširanih traka za različite upotrebe u građevinarstvu.
