The composition comprises material containing 1-45 parts by weight of fine vulcanised rubber powder of the 0.4-09mm fraction. Intermediate mixing with the rubber blend, and final mixing are carried out. Alternatively the powder is ultrafine, using a less than 0.5mm vulcanised rubber mix.
