Zusammenfassung:	Prepn. of human respectively negative or positive human control serum used in the diagnosis of syphilis. Human blood is coagulated, centrifuged for 3O minutes, 0.02% timerosol and 1.5% of glycine are added. The prepn. is filtered through sterilising asbestos, placed in vials, lyophilised by freezing at -58 deg. C and dried for 48 hours at a temp. not exceeding 30 deg. C. Vials are closed in an argon atmosphere.
