Zusammenfassung:	One or more rotary discs are moved by a rope or wire, and each disc (1) has two parallel holes (2) passing through it, also parallel to its axis of rotation and centre of gravity. A closed wire loop (3) passes through and moves freely in the holes, so that when pulled tight between the hands the discs are caused to rotate in opposite directions, depending on how the effort is applied and relaxed. The discs can each be in the form of a round and heavy weight, or hollow, and convex, concave etc., as desired, also emitting a noise as they rotate. A handle is fitted over the end of each loop, and the disc diameter is preferably 9 cm.
