Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an equipment meant to monitor the working parameters in well drilling and overhauling installations. According to the invention, the equipment is modular and is provided with an indicator panel (15) mounted on a desk (14) of the working platform of a drilling or overhauling installation and it is connected by a coupling (11) to an acquisition, processing, storage, supply and Exi protection module (1) which is connected, in its turn, to some transducers for measuring the working parameters of the installation by means of some Exi protective barriers (40) and some Exi protection-specific connecting cables (7), and, by some cables with no Exi barriers, to some flow meters (4 and 5) which measure the fuel consumption of a heat driving engine (2) located in the current working zone, where the acquisition module (1) is provided with a CAN network controller with communication protocol and connected, by a CAN-USB interface (56) to a PC (55) mounted in the well supervisor cabin, the software installed on the said PC indicating and recording the parameters, the use of the communication protocol J1939 also permitting the monitoring of the main parameters of the heat engine (2) and of the automatic gear box (3) of the drilling rig, managed by a computer with CAN network controller, using the same protocol J1939 as the acquisition module (1), the messages being read by means of an inductive reader, the working parameters and the parameters of the heat engine and of the automatic gear box being indicated by means of the indicator panel (15) enclosed in a deflagration-proof casing (50).
