Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a gravitational condensation trap intended to be used within compressed-air dryers with integrated condensation separator. According to the invention, the trap is an installation consisting of a body (1) of a dryer supplied with compressed air which is cooled in a cooling equipment (a) with cooling circuit, the air reaching then the lower part of the installation where the condensation drops hit a truncated-cone disc-shaped body (2) fixed onto the wall by means of some fins (4) welded to the wall and arranged under an angle of 90°, with a free space left between the fins (4) and the wall, where the drops rebound and hit either the wall, or the extrados of an annular concave body (3) welded onto the wall and then fall onto the truncated-cone disc-shaped body (2) or directly along the wall, the condensation water being collected and discharged through a connection (5). Invenţia se referă la o capcană gravitaţională de condens, utilizată în cadrul uscătoarelor de aer comprimat cu separator de condens încorporat. Capcana conform invenţiei este o instalaţie care constă dintr-un corp (1) al unui uscător în care se introduce forţat aer comprimat, care este răcit într-un echipament (a) de răcire cu circuit refrigerent, aerul ajungând la partea inferioară a instalaţiei, unde picăturile de condens se lovesc de un corp (2) discoidal tronconic, fixat pe perete, prin intermediul unor aripioare (4) sudate de perete şi dispuse la 90°, între aripioare (4) şi perete rămânând un spaţiu liber, iar picăturile ricoşează şi se lovesc fie de perete, fie de extradosul unui corp (3) inelar concav, fixat de perete prin sudare, acestea căzând apoi pe corpul (2) discoidal tronconic, sau direct de-a lungul peretelui, condensul fiind colectat şi evacuat printr-o conexiune (5).
