Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing hybrid nanocrystalline powders of halogenated perovskites with stibium to be used for applications in the field of electroluminescent organic diodes. According to the invention, the process involves the use of a controlled atmosphere (< 0.1 ppm H2O, < 0.1 ppm O2) and consists of the following 4 steps: 1. weighing precursor powders: stibium iodide, methylammonium iodide, stibium bromide, methylammonium bromide, stibium chloride and methylammonium chloride and dissolution in γ -butyrolactone (GBL); 2. precipitating the same in toluene; 3. centrifuging and washing of supernatant; 4. vacuum-drying, resulting in nanocrystalline powders fluorescent in the visible range, having the molecular formulae: (CH3NH3)3Sb2I9 showing fluorescence at 610 nm, (CH3NH3)3Sb2Br9 showing fluorescence at 495 nm and (CH3NH3)3Sb2Cl9, respectively, showing fluorescence at 425 nm, with an internal quantum efficiency of 28%, 20%, and 10%, respectively.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor pulberi nanocristaline hibride de perovskiţi halogenaţi cu stibiu utilizate pentru aplicaţii în domeniul diodelor organice electroluminiscente. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, implică utilizarea unei atmosfere controlate (< 0,1 ppm H2O, < 0,1 ppm O2) şi constă în 4 etape: 1. cântărirea pulberilor precursor: iodură de stibiu, iodură de metilamoniu, bromură de stibiu, bromură de metilamoniu, clorură de stibiu şi clorură de metilamoniu şi dizolvarea în gamabutirolactonă (GBL); 2. precipitare în toluen; 3.centrifugare şi spălare supernatant; 4. uscare la vid, din care rezultă pulberi nanocristaline fluorescente în domeniul vizibil cu formulele moleculare: (CH3NH3)3Sb2I9 care prezintă fluorescenţă la 610 nm, (CH3NH3)3Sb2Br9 care prezintă fluorescenţă la 495 nm, respectiv, (CH3NH3)3Sb2Cl9 care prezintă fluorescenţă la 425 nm, cu o eficienţă cuantică internă de 28%, 20%, respectiv, 10%. |
