Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-pressure pumping system equipped with mini-boosters, meant to actuate hydraulic cylinders with high loads over the entire stroke, consisting of a low-pressure electric pump, low-pressure hydraulic equipment for pressure regulation, oil filtration, flow distribution and hydraulic oscillating pressure amplifiers of mini-booster type. According to the invention, the pumping system consists of an oil tank (1), wherefrom a low-pressure pump (2) with fixed delivery, driven by an electric motor (3) with constant speed, sucks in and discharges into a connection (P) of a normally closed modular pressure regulation valve (4), the discharge circuit of the pump (2) passing through a modular pressure filter (5) and through a connection (P) of a 4/3 electrohydraulic modular distributor (6) with open center, a connection (T) of the distributor (6) being connected to the tank, through a hydraulic circuit which passes through the modular filter body, the modular valve body, a connection (T) of the modular valve and a return filter (7) placed on the oil tank cap, being connected to either the inlet or return connections (IN and R), respectively, of the mini-booster (9), with the high pressure connection (H1) connected to the connection of the piston chamber of the hydraulic cylinder (10), which operates under high load on the forward stroke only and which has the rod chamber connection connected to the connection (B) of the distributor (6), or to the inlet and return connections (IN and R) of the mini-boosters (9. 1 and 9.2), serially connected in the sequence IN9.1-R9.2 and R9.1-IN9.2, the high pressure connections of these mini-boosters being connected to the connections of the chambers of the hydraulic cylinder (11), which operates at high load in both moving directions.
