Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing bioactive dispersible powder preparations with gastrointestinal tract protection effect. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: preparing a plant-based extract such as a nanocrystalline powder mixture from plant-based hydroalcoholic extract mixture in a mass concentration of 20% containing equal parts of dried honeyberries or Siberian blueberries flesh, dried bitter cherries or bird cherries, dried grape pomace of red grapes, possibly barley germs as probiotics, in ethanol, by cold maceration, for 14 days, at dark, loading the plant-based extract on a selective support, such as mesoporous silica nanomatrix MCM41 and lemon essential oil, possibly in association with probiotic Lactobacillus strains in admixture with sodium saccharine, slow homogenization with usual conditioning excipients, to result in preparations as lyophilized powders with high synergistic bioactivity upon the cellular metabolism of hepatocytes.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor preparate de tip pulberi dispersabile bioactive cu acţiune de protecţie a tractului gastrointestinal. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: prepararea unui extract vegetal de tip mixtură pulbere nanocristalină din extract hidroalcoolic vegetal mixtură de concentraţie masică 20% conţinând în părţi egale pulpă de fructe uscate de caprifoi albastru sau afin siberian, fructe uscate de cireş amar sau cireş păsăresc, produs uscat tescovină de struguri roşii, eventual, extracte din germeni de orz ca probiotice, în etanol, prin metoda macerării la rece, timp de 14 zile, la întuneric, încărcarea extractului vegetal pe suport selectiv de tip nanomatrice de silice mezoporoasă de tip MCM41 şi ulei volatil de lămâie, eventual în asociere cu un tulpini probiotice Lactobacillus în amestec cu zaharină sodică, omogenizare lentă cu excipienţi de condiţionare uzuali, rezultând preparate de tip pulberi liofilizate cu bioactivitate sinergică ridicată asupra metabolismului celular al hepatocitelor. |
