Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing an organic-resveratrol-enriched nutraceutical supplement. According to the invention, the process consists of the following stages: preparation of a matrix based on forest fruits selected as optimal source of resveratrol, by dehydration, physical-chemical and biological analysis, preparation of a mixture of blueberries 80% and cranberries 20%, separation of organic resveratrol from cranberries and/or blueberries dehydrated and ground by HPLC chromatography system coupled with an LCMS detector, in a water : ethanol binary system, in a volume ratio of 80 : 20, resveratrol collection, supplementation of the matrix transformed into powder with 0.15 ppm isolated resveratrol, usual conditioning, to result in a final product as tablets with antioxidant capacity meant to be commercialized. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui supliment nutraceutic îmbogăţit în resveratrol organic.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: preparare a unei matrice pe bază de fructe de pădure selectate ca sursă optimă de resveratrol prin deshidratare, analiză fizico-chimică şi biologică, realizare a unui amestec din 80% afine şi 20% merişoare, separare resveratrol organic din merişoare şi/sau afine deshidratate şi măcinate prin sistem de cromatografie HPLC cuplat cu detector LCMS, în sistem binar etanol: apă în raport volumetric 80:20, colectare resveratrol, suplimentare matrice adusă în forma de pudră cu 0,15 ppm resveratrol izolat, condiţionare uzuală, rezultând un produs final pastilat cu capacitate antioxidantă destinat comercializării.
