Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing functional composite materials to be used for manufacturing spintronic devices. According to the invention, the process consists of the following stages: making a Gd3Fe3O12 powder of garnet type (PG) by the heat treatment of a mixture of Gd oxide and iron oxide powders, at a temperature of 1400°C, for 10 h, mixing it with a photo-polymerizable resin of thermoplastic or photo/self-polymerizable type with matrix role, in amounts limited by the mixture transparence to UV light, to result in a composite ceramic material of polymer-PG type for 3D printing by photo-polymerization, possibly for 3D additive printing or for casting in a mould/die of the desired geometry, where the garnet-type powder may be possibly dispersed in a polymer dissolved in a solvent, for multi-layer coatings. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor materiale compozite funcţionale utilizate pentru fabricarea de dispozitive spintronice. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: preparare a unei pulberi de Gd3Fe3O12 de tip granat (PG) prin tratarea termică a unui amestec de pulberi de oxid de Gd şi oxid de fier, la temperatura de 1400°C timp de 10 h, amestecare în cu răşină fotopolimerizabilă de tip termoplastic sau foto/auto-polimerizabil cu rol de matrice, în cantităţi limitate de transparenţa amestecului pentru lumina UV rezultând un material compozit ceramic de tip polimer-PG pentru printare 3D prin fotopolimerizare, eventual, pentru printare aditivă 3D, sau pentru turnare în forma/matriţă cu geometria dorită, eventual, pulberea de tip granat se dispersează în polimer dizolvat în solvent pentru acoperiri multistrat.
