Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a biostimulant for plants and to a process for preparing it from excess biomass of aquatic plants. According to the invention, the biostimulant has the following composition: min. 0.7% silicon extracted from biomass of aquatic plants, 90.4...91.2% bio-coal prepared by pyrolysis of the biomass of aquatic plants pre-treated for silicon removal at temperatures of max. 450°C, for 15 min., 4.8...5.1% plant extract including solubilized phytosilicon and residual water up to 100%, the percentage being expressed by weight. According to the invention, the process has the following stages: 1. grinding excess biomass of aquatic plants up to sizes of max. 0.5 cm, 2. homogenizing lignocellulosic material ground with water in a rotor-stator mixer, at a ratio of 1 kg of lignocellulosic material to 20 l of water, 3. pre-treating the same for 4 hours with an enzymatic mixture comprising endoglucanases, at a pH=5 and a temperature of 500°C with flow ultrasonication, with an energy of 30 kJ.L-1.s-1, in a ratio of 700 units of exoglucanase for 1 kg of lignocellulosic material, 4. extracting silicon on a device with microwaves in flow, at a liquid flow rate of 240 l/h and a solid flow rate of 12kg/h for 15 min. in a microwave incremental field ranging between 400...500 W and at temperatures of max 150°C, 5. separating the plant material which was not extracted by filtration and concentrating the filtering material up to 9.6...10.2% dry matter, 6. taking over the non-extracted filtered material and the pyrolysis thereof in a reactor with extruder at 150°C in a nitrogen atmosphere, for 90 min. and 7. mixing the resulting bio-coal with a concentrated extract from the filtrate from the pre-treatment stage, in a ratio of 90.4...91.3% bio-coal as dry matter to 4.8...5.1% extract as dry matter, followed by drying until reaching a constant mass at the temperature of 105°C in air flow. Procedeul conform invenţiei are următoarele etape:1
