PROCESS FOR ASSEMBLING FLEXIBLE PANELS OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL TO BE USED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-ROLE COLLAPSIBLE MODULAR SYSTEM FOR PEDOLOGICAL DROUGHT

The invention relates to a process for assembling panels of composite material with textile matrix, which are meant to be used for the construction of a multi-role collapsible modular system for managing the state of calamity generated by the pedological drought. According to the invention, the process consists in using an industrial sewing machine with electronic control panel for sewing four square panels, eight quarters of ellipse and four rectangular panels, using the seam 301-Ssa-1 with a stitch density of 3.5 stitches/cm, then flattening them, with sewing thread made of 100% polyamide 6.6 Nm 30/3 using the seam 301-LSb-3, with a stitch density of 3.5 stitches/cm, in the end, the longitudinal grosgrain-type reinforcing band is applied by means of the seam 301-LSb-4, with a stitch density of 4 stitches/cm. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de asamblare a panourilor din material compozit cu matrice textilă, care sunt utilizate la construcţia sistemului modular colapsabil multirol pentru gestionarea stării de calamitate declanşată de seceta pedologică. Procedeul, conform invenţiei constă în folosirea unei maşini de cusut industrială cu panou electronic de comandă care realizează tighelirea a patru panouri pătratice, a opt sferturi de elipse şi a patru panouri dreptunghiulare, prin cusătura 301-Ssa-1 cu desimea de 3,5 paşi/cm, apoi aplatizarea acestora, cu aţă de cusut din 100% poliamidă 6,6 Nm 30/3 prin cusătura 301-LSb-3, cu desimea de 3,5 paşi/cm, în final banda de întărire longitudinală de tip grosgrain se aplică prin intermediul cusăturii 301-LSb-4, cu desimea de 4 paşi/cm.
