Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a cement mortar additivated with bacteria spore suspension, meant for consolidation and self-repair of indoor and outdoor finishing of buildings. According to the invention, the mortar consists of cement CEM II/A-S and river sand, in a ratio of 1:3, suspension of bacteria and spores of Bacillus subtilis with an optical density DO600nm=0.8...1.05 (microbial suspension), at a microbial suspension : cement mass ratio of 0.5, the resulting mortar having a mechanical compression resistance after 28 days of use of at least 48 MPa and a compactness of at least 86%.
Invenţia se referă la un mortar de ciment aditivat cu suspensie de spori de bacterii, destinat consolidării şi autoreparării finisajelor interioare şi exterioare ale clădirilor. Mortarul, conform invenţiei, este constituit din ciment CEM II/A-S şi nisip de râu în raport de 1 : 3, suspensie de bacterii şi spori de Bacillius Subtilis cu densitate optică DO600nm = 0,8...1,05 ( suspensie microbiană), cu raportul masic dintre suspensia microbiană şi ciment de 0,5, mortarul astfel obţinut având o rezistenţă mecanică la compresiune, după 28 zile de la utilizare, de minimum 48 MPa şi o compactitate de minimum 86%. |
