ADJUSTABLE DEVICE FOR FIXING BUSHES ONTO WIRING

The invention relates to an adjustable device for fixing bushes on wiring while providing a correct position during the assembling process and preventing scrap from occurring because of incorrect assembling, offering the possibility of assembling multiple types of bushes using the same device and digital bush position control by the equipment software. According to the invention, the device comprises a base (8) with ovalized holes which is fixed onto the assembling station, allowing the position adjustment according to the necessity of positioning of the wiring gasket, an arm (7) being fixed onto said base by means of some screws and (9 and 10) for maintaining various types of gaskets at various angles and a threaded axle (12) doubles a gasket-holder support (1), the angle of which is maintained and adjusted by means of butterfly nuts (13 and 14), the upper part, fixing the gasket into a cover (5), being mobile and fixed by screws (11), its closing and opening being facilitated by a hinge (6) with a mobile upper component, an axle (4), and a fixed lower component (3), and the correct closing of the cover (5) is confirmed by means of a centering bolt (2) which comprises an inductive sensor and which confirms to the equipment that the gasket is in the correct position and the next step of the process may be carried out, while, in case the sensor does not confirm the closing of the upper part, the machine software does not allow the next step to be carried out and displays an error message informing that the gasket is not placed in the correct position. Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv reglabil pentru fixarea bucşelor pe cablaje asigurându-se o poziţie corectă în timpul procesului de asamblare eliminând apariţia rebuturilor prin asamblarea incorectă, oferindu-se posibilitatea de a asambla mai multe tipuri de bucşe folosind acelaşi dispozitiv, controlul poziţiei bucşei digital de către softul echipamentului. Dispozitivul, conform invenţiei, cuprinde o bază (8) cu găuri ovalizate care se fixează pe staţia de asamblare permiţând ajustarea poziţiei după necesitatea poziţionării garniturii de cablaj, de această bază se fixează un braţ (7) cu ajutorul unor şuruburi (9 şi 10) de menţinere a diferitelor tipuri de garnituri la diferite unghiuri, iar cu ajutorul unui ax (12) filetat se contrează un suport (1) port garnitură al cărui unghi se menţine şi se reglează cu ajutorul unor piuliţe (13 şi 14) fluture, partea superioară de fixare a garniturii într-un capac (5)
