Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a process for detecting melanin produced by B16 cell cultures. According to the invention, the process is carried out in three steps: seeding and culturing cells on the surface of an adhesive porous membrane, grafting the assembly of fibres and cells onto the surface of a planar electrochemical sensor and measuring the electrochemical signal of melanin using differential pulse voltammetry. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de detecţie a melaninei produsă de culturile celulare B16. Procedeul conform invenţiei se realizează în trei paşi prin însămânţarea şi cultivarea celulelor pe suprafaţa unei membrane poroase adezive, grefarea ansamblului de fibre şi celule pe suprafaţa unui senzor electrochimic planar şi măsurarea semnalului electrochimic al melaninei folosind tehnica de voltametrie în puls diferenţial.
