Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a nanostructured substrate for growing and transplanting cell cultures and to the preparation process. According to the invention, the substrate consists of a nanometric fiber network deposited on an adhesive porous polymeric membrane consisting of a network of micrometric fibers. The claimed process starts from an adhesive polymeric membrane of micrometric thickness, the first step being the preparation thereof for the deposition of electrospun fibers by integrating the same into a closed circuit which enables the formation of the electric field needed for the electrospinning process, followed by electrospining of the network of nanometric polymeric fibers over said membrane while adjusting the process parameters so as to obtain an increased fiber density and an adequate diameter, below 200 nm, using a 6/6 nylon solution dissolved in formic acid at a concentration of 17%, said steps being followed by an intermediate stage during which the electrospun fibers/polymeric membrane assembly is thermally treated at 100°C for 2 hours to remove the solvent residues from the fibers, followed by a last stage during which the surface coated with the electrospun fibers is subjected to a treatment with polylysine solution of 0.1% concentration, by immersion and drying, to increase cell adhesion.
