Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for assembling light panels meant to be used, in particular, for the live work of the modular system of development of biofiltering material of the species Mytillus galloprovincialis in brackish seawater. According to the invention, the process consists in that an industrial sewing machine, such as Brother or Juki machine, with electronic control panel is used to assemble the floating element panels having generatrix dimensions of 100...230 cm and diameters of 40...100 cm with polyester thread Nm 30/3, with the following seam types: 301-SSp-1; 301-SSc-2; 301-BSc-1; 301LSak-2 with a stitch density of 3.5...4 stitches/cm, the transverse reinforcing band having a width of 3 cm and a thickness of 0.3 cm, made of 100% polyester being attached by means of a seam 301-SSab-2 with 3.5 stitches/cm, the grosgrain band with a width of 3 cm and a thickness of 0.3 cm, made of 100% polyester being attached to the cylinder bases by means of a seam 301-SSc-3 with 3.5 stitches/cm, the reflective band with a width of 5 cm and a thickness of 0.1 cm being applied at a distance of 20 cm from the cylinder zipper, by means of the seam 301-SSab-2 with 3.5 stitches/cm, where the floating elements are filled with polystyrene boards having a thickness of 5 cm, cut according to the type-size of each cylinder. The floating elements, as claimed by the invention, comprise a floating element placed offshore of at least 1800 kgf, a floating element placed in the shore zone of at least 900 kgf, a central floating element for supporting the system and for controlled growth of the biofiltering material of at least 200 kgf and the floating element for the controlled growth of the mussels of at least 130 kgf. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de asamblare a panourilor uşoare destinate, în special, pentru opera vie a sistemului modular de dezvoltare în mare salmastră a materialului biofiltrant din specia Mytilus galloprovincialis.
