Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing biologically active compounds from burdock (Arctium lappa L.) wastes, with antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. According to the invention, the process comprises the microwave-assisted extraction of spent burdock wastes in a hydro-alcoholic mixture of alcohol : water, at a plant material : solvent ratio of 1:5...1:11, for 60...100 min, at a microwave power of 700...1000 W, without steering, followed by concentration in rotary evaporator and drying by lyophilization, to result in hydro-alcoholic plant extracts having a content of total polyphenols of 8.5...10.5 mg gallic acid equivalent/ 1 g of dry extract. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor compuşi biologic activi din deşeuri de brusture (Arctium lappa L.) cu activitate antioxidantă şi antimicrobiană. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în extracţia asistată de microunde a deşeurilor de brusture epuizate în solvent amestec hidroalcoolic alcool: apă , în raport material vegetal: solvent de 1:5...1:11, timp de extracţie 60...100 min, putere microunde 700...1000W, fără agitare, urmată de concentrarea la evaporator rotativ şi uscare prin liofilizare, rezultând extracte vegetale hidroalcoolice având un conţinut de polifenoli totali de 8,5...10,5 mg echivalent acid galic/1g extract uscat.
