Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing reticulated 3D structures with application in personalized regenerative medicine. According to the invention, the process comprises the following steps: preparation of a solid biopolymer mixture containing 5...12% alginate and 5...12% salecan, hydrating the solid mixture in ultrapure water at temperatures of 25...40°C, for 12...16 h, to result in an initial non-reticulated hydrogel composition which is subjected to the process of 3D printing to obtain 3D structures of accurate shape, at model-specific printing parameters: pressure of 150...500 kPa and speeds of 4...10 mm/s, reticulation of the 3D-printed structures by immersing them in an aqueous solution of 1...2% calcium chloride, possibly in combination with citric acid solution in a concentration of 5...15%, the percentage being expressed by mass, resulting in reticulated 3D structures with 1...10 layers, with high stability and adjustable degradation properties. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor structuri 3D reticulate cu aplicaţii în medicina regenerativă personalizată. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele de: preparare a unui amestec solid de biopolimeri conţinând în procente masice 5...12% alginat şi 5...12% salecan, hidratarea amestecului solid în apă ultrapură, la temperatura de 25...40°C, timp de 12...16 h, rezultând o compoziţie iniţială de hidrogel nereticulat, care este supusă procesului de imprimare tridimensională a unor structuri 3D cu formă precisă, la parametri de printare specifici modelului: presiune de 150...500 kPa şi viteze de 4...10 mm/s, reticularea structurilor printate 3D, prin introducere în soluţie apoasă de 1...2% clorură de calciu, eventual în combinaţie cu soluţie de acid citric de concentraţie 5...15%, rezultând structuri 3D reticulate cu 1...10 straturi, cu stabilitate ridicată şi proprietăţi de degradare reglabile.
