Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for increasing the performance of pyroelectric devices based on hafnium oxide. According to the invention, the method consists in adding an intermediate layer of aluminium nitride to the architecture of a pyroelectric device, so that the resulting pyroelectric device consists of a heavily doped n-type silicon substrate acting as an electrode, coated with a thin layer of silicon dioxide, an intermediate layer of aluminium nitride, a thin layer of hafnium dioxide and a titanium-gold bi-layer acting as a top electrode. Invenţia se referă la o metodă pentru creşterea performanţelor dispozitivelor piroelectrice realizate pe bază de oxid de hafniu. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în adăugarea în arhitectura unui dispozitiv piroelectric a unui strat intermediar de nitrură de aluminiu, astfel încât dispozitivul piroelectric rezultat va fi alcătuit dintr-un substrat de siliciu puternic dopat, de tip n, cu rol de electrod, acoperit cu un strat subţire de dioxid de siliciu, din stratul intermediar de nitrură de aluminiu, dintr-un strat subţire de dioxid de hafniu şi dintr-un bi-strat de titan-aur cu rol de electrod superior.
