Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a pneumotronic suspension system for a personalized lower limb prosthesis. According to the invention, the system comprises a network of pellets that is helically arranged on the internal walls of the prosthetic socket, the pellets being inflatable with pressurized air supplied by an air pump, through an electrovalve, some pressure sensors placed on the side surface of the pellets for reading the contact force between the stump and the socket, a humidity sensor placed at the base of the prosthesis, a control module that ensures pressure supply, maintenance and control within the inflatable pellets network, thereby providing a safe suspension, even in stumps that exhibit daytime volume variation.
Invenţia se referă la un sistem de suspensie pneumotronic pentru o proteză de membru inferior personalizată. Sistemul, conform invenţiei, cuprinde o reţea de pelote dispusă elicoidal pe pereţii interiori ai cupei protetice, pelotele fiind gonflabile prin alimentarea cu presiune de la o pompă de aer prin intermediul unei electrovalve, nişte senzori de presiune plasaţi pe suprafaţa laterală a pelotelor pentru a citi forţa de contact dintre bont şi cupă, un senzor de umiditate plasat la baza protezei, un modul de comandă şi control care asigură introducerea, menţinerea şi controlul presiunii în reţeaua de pelote gonflabile, asigurând o suspensie sigură şi la bonturi cu fluctuaţie diurnă a volumului. |
