Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an internal combustion engine intended to be mounted on aircrafts, equipped with six horizontal cylinders and an oscillating system for converting the translational movement of the pistons into a rotational movement of the propeller shaft, namely an aircraft engine with horizontally arranged cylinders. According to the invention, the engine consists of a subassembly (A) of an engine block (18) containing six cylinders (19) and a cylinder head (13) with rotating cams, an oscillating subassembly (B) in three dimensions with its own means to prevent the rotation of its drive shaft (34) and a propeller shaft reducer subassembly (C), as well as an outer casing (1) made of titanium alloy, a connection (47) for supplying cooling air to a radiator (48), a box (10) with pinions and a cover (49) on which there are, fixed with collars (50), the following: an oil pump (6), a hydraulic pump (7), a pump (51) for driving the cooling fluid, a current generator (52) and a starter (53).
Invenţia se referă la un motor cu ardere internă destinat montării pe avioane, prevăzut cu şase cilindri orizontali şi un sistem oscilant de transformare a mişcării de translaţie a pistoanelor în mişcare de rotaţie a arborelui elicei, respectiv la un motor de avion cu cilindrii dispuşi orizontal. Motorul, conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-un subansamblu (A) al unui bloc (18) motor care conţine şase cilindri (19) şi o chiulasă (13) cu came rotative, dintr-un subansamblu (B) oscilant în trei dimensiuni cu sistem propriu de împiedicare a rotaţiei proprii a unui ax (34) de antrenare şi dintr-un subansamblu (C) reductor arbore elice, precum şi dintr-o carcasă (1) exterioară, confecţionată din aliaj de titan, un racord (47) pentru aducţia aerului de răcire la un radiator (48), dintr-o cutie (10) cu pinioane şi un capac (49) pe care sunt prinse cu nişte coliere (50), o pompă (6) de ulei, o pompă (7) hidraulică, o pompă (51) de antrenare a fluidului de răcire, un generator (52) de curent şi un demaror (53) de pornire. |
