Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing nanoemulsions of foliar fertilizers with high effectiveness and stability. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: preparing yeast cell walls enriched with mannoproteins by enzymatic pre-treatment of a brewer's yeast suspension with endo- and exo(1,3)- β -D-glucanases and endo-chitinase, breaking the cell walls by ultrasound treatment, separation by centrifugation and drying by spraying, hydrolysis with microbial endo- and exo-proteases to result in melanoidized yeast walls which are subjected to ultrasounds and drying, mixing 3...4 parts of melanoidized yeast cell walls with 6...7 parts of melanoidin-enriched yeast cell walls and 90 parts of NPK foliar fertilizer with microelements and homogenization, to result in a foliar fertilizer as stable nanoemulsion with high penetrability inside the leaf.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor nanoemulsii de fertilizanţi foliari cu eficacitate şi stabilitate ridicată. Procedeu, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: obţinerea de pereţi celulari de drojdie îmbogăţiţi în manoproteine, prin pre-tratamentul enzimatic al unei suspensii de drojdie de bere cu endo- şi exo(1,3)- β -D-glucanaze şi endo-chitinază, spargerea pereţilor celulari prin ultrasonare, separare prin centrifugare şi uscare prin pulverizare, hidroliză cu endo- şi exo-proteaze microbiene pentru obţinerea de pereţi de drojdie melanoidizaţi care se supun la ultrasonare şi uscare, amestecarea a 3...4 părţi pereţi celulari de drojdie melanoidizaţi cu 6...7 părţi pereţi celulari de drojdie îmbogăţiţi în melanoidine şi 90 părţi fertilizant foliar NPK cu microelemente şi omogenizare, rezultând un fertilizant foliar sub formă de nanoemulsie stabilă cu penetrabilitate ridicată în interiorul frunzei. |
