Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a biostimulant composition with foliar appication for the treatment of horticultural plants, which comprises spores of biostimulating strains of Trichoderma and metabolites thereof, and to a process for preparing the composition. According to the invention, the composition consists of the following components: 89.23...89.28% rapeseed or sunflower fatty acid esters, 9.68...9.73% n-hexadecane, 0.22...0.32 hydrophobins, 0.22...0.25% 6-pentyl-pyrone and 4.2...4.5x109 hydrophobic spores from Trichoderma strains, the percentage being expressed by weight. The claimed process consists in sterilizing Trichoderma biofilms, by autoclaving, aseptically taking over mobile artificial biofilms with fungal biofilms and aseptically introducing them into bioreactors with a medium of 4% whey and 1% yeast extract and n-hexadecane, incubating, for 3 days, the mobile artificial supports with fungal biofilms in culture medium, irradiating with blue laser and continuing the incubation for 4 further days, stopping fermentation and recovering the mobile artificial supports by settling and n-hexadecane fraction by centrifugation at 5000 x g, the extraction of the biofilms from the mobile artificial supports, repeated 3 times with ethyl esters of fatty acids from rapeseed or sunflower oil, to recover hydrophobic spores and hydrophobins from the biofilms, followed by joining the n-hexadecane fractions containing 6-pentyl-pyrone, and ethyl esters of fatty acids from rapeseed or sunflower oil, containing hydrophobic spores and hydrophobins, and diluting with ethyl esters of fatty acids from rapeseed or sunflower oil. Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de biostimulant cu aplicare foliară pentru tratamentul plantelor horticole, care include spori ai tulpinilor biostimulante de Trichoderma şi metaboliţi ai acestora, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a compoziţiei.
