Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a predictive method and system for establishing the operation status in big-blaster type pneumatic cannons and micro-cannons, to be used for unblocking and providing the flow of bulk/powdery materials stored/traded in bunkers and silos such as cement, limestone, clinker, lime, coal, ores, cereals, etc. According to the invention, the method applies both to newly manufactured products and to products in exploitation. The claimed system consists of a compressed air source (100), an electropneumatic module (200) specific to the application for preparing the compressed air and providing the control upon loading-waiting-firing of the pneumatic cannon, a computer system (300) that includes a dynamic pressure sensor (301) mounted in a threaded connection of the air cannon tank, an analog-to-digital data acquisition board (303), an industrial PC computer (304) running graphical acquisition interface software with automatic pressure signal analysis, as well as a printer (305) for automatic generation of Word-type reports. Invenţia se referă la o metodă predictivă şi sistem pentru stabilirea stării de funcţionare la tunuri şi microtunuri pneumatice tip big-blaster, utilizate la deblocarea şi asigurarea fluenţei curgerii materialelor vrac/pulverulente depozitate/tranzacţionate în buncăre şi silozuri precum ciment, calcar, clinker, var, cărbune, minereuri, cereale ş.a.. Metoda, conform invenţiei, se aplică atât produselor nou fabricate cât şi produselor aflate în exploatare. Sistemul, conform invenţiei, este alcătuit dintr-o sursă (100) de aer comprimat, un modul (200) electropneumatic specific aplicaţiei pentru prepararea aerului comprimat şi asigurarea comenzii la încărcarea-aşteptarea-tragerea tunului pneumatic, un sistem (300) informatic care include un senzor (301) de presiune dinamică montat într-un racord filetat al rezervorului tunului pneumatic, o placă (303) de achiziţii date de tip analog-digital, un computer (304) industrial PC pe care rulează un software cu interfaţă grafică de achiziţii şi analiză automată semnal de presiune, precum şi o imprimantă (305) pentru generare automată rapoarte de tip Word .
