Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a system of ultra-light wing provided with texturized photovoltaic cells for increasing the flight autonomy of UAVs with electric propulsion and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the invention, the system comprises a layer containing an array (11) of photovoltaic cells embedded in an epoxy resin (15), a layer (14) of composite material, a layer (16) of support material and a last composite layer (14), the wing being made of two sections, i.e. the top part provided with photovoltaic cells and the bottom part without cells, the two sections being assembled by adhesion, at the end of the manufacturing process, the interior of the wing being hollow (13), to be possibly used for the electronic equipment that integrates the photovoltaic cells array with the UAV battery, thereby ensuring the algorithm of maximum power point tracking (MPPT). The method, as claimed by the invention, is based on a special manufacturing technology, ensuring integrity of the photovoltaic cells as well as their embedment in the wing bearing structure, where, in the first step of the lamination process, the photovoltaic cells (31) are embedded in an epoxy resin (34) and the excess resin is eliminated, in order to provide a structure of minimal thicknes, hence, minimal weight, using a technological process in which the resin is introduced through the bottom of a mould (39) and the excess is removed on the edges, the rear edge and the leading edge of the wing, said cells being the first layer, followed by a perforated foil layer which has the role of allowing the excess resin to get out, and further on, followed by a foil layer (32) smaller than a perforated foil (35), having the role of blocking the resin, so that the excess resin is forced to get out on the outline, where, for the separation plane, another foil (38) is introduced, the next layer (33) being made of an absorbing material that collects and guides the excess resin to a discharge pipe (36).
