Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing antimicrobial coatings and coatings for protection against chemical pollutants, meant for preservation of cultural heritage objects. According to the invention, the process consists of the sol-gel synthesis of compositions based on silica precursors, of which one is a perfluorinated co-precursor, and which comprise metal nanoparticles of Ag or of ZnO, integration thereof in the film-forming silica matrices and application of the compositions, in two layers, on different surfaces, resulting in hybrid coatings with good adherence to the substrate, which are hydrophobic, with water-contact angles ranging between 100 and 130°, transparent, resistant to chemical pollutants and exhibit antibacterial properties.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor acoperiri antimicrobiene şi de protecţie împotriva factorilor poluanţi chimic, destinate conservării obiectelor de patrimoniu. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în sinteza sol-gel a compoziţiilor pe bază de precursori de silice, dintre care un co-precursor perfluorurat şi care conţin nanoparticule metalice de Ag sau de ZnO, integrarea acestora în matricile filmogene de silice şi aplicarea compoziţiilor în două straturi pe suprafeţe diferite, rezultând acoperiri hibride cu aderenţă bună la substrat, hidrofobe, având unghiuri de contact cu apa cuprinse între 100 şi 130°, transparenţă, rezistenţă la atacul factorilor poluanţi chimic şi proprietăţi antibacteriene. |
