Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing a compost to be used as a fertilizer in agriculture. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: mixing the components, i.e. dehydrated purification sludge with a content of 22.57% dry matter and wooden material with 76.39% dry matter, in a mass ratio of 1:1.8 or volume ratio of 1:4, laying the aeration tubes, drainage systems, temperature and oxygen sensors, covering the mixture with a semi-permeable membrane and fixing it onto the ground, automatic forced aeration of the mixture in the following order: phase I - for 6 weeks, at the temperature of 25...40°C, phase II, for 3 weeks, at 50...60°C and phase III, for 4 weeks without covering with the semi-permeable membrane, while monitoring the aerobic digestion process through the software application, to result in finished compost with a humidity of 43.85 %, having a content of 56.15% dry matter, organic nitrogen 1.28% dry matter, potassium 0.98% dry matter, active phosphorus 0.88% dry matter, calcium 1.92% dry matter, organic carbon 18.5% dry matter, pH 6.9, which, when applied on agricultural land, ensures an increase of soil fertility and agricultural production yield per surface unit, respectively. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui compost utilizat ca fertilizant pentru agricultură. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: amestecare a componentelor nămol de epurare deshidratat având un conţinut de 22,57% substanţă uscată (s.u) şi material lemnos având 76,39% s.u., în raport masic de 1:1,8 sau raport volumic de 1:4, plasarea tuburilor de aerarea, sisteme de drenaj, senzori de temperatură şi oxigen, acoperirea amestecului cu o membrană semipermeabilă şi fixarea pe sol, aerarea forţată în mod automat a amestecului în ordinea faza I-timp de 6 săptămâni, la temperatura de 25...40°C, faza II, timp de 3 săptămâni, la 50...60°C şi faza III, timp de 4 săptămâni fără acoperire cu membrana semipermeabilă, cu monitorizarea procesului de digestie aerobă prin aplicaţia software, din care rezultă compost finit cu o umiditate de 43,85%, având un conţinut de 56,15% s.u., azot organic 1,28% s.u., potasiu 0,98% s.u., fosfor activ 0,88% s.u., calciu 1,92% s.u., carbon organic 18,5% s.u., pH 6,9, care, prin aplicarea pe suprafeţe agricole, asigură creşterea fertilităţii solurilor, respectiv, producţia agricolă pe unitatea de suprafaţă.
