Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device for generating saline nano aerosols, allowing optimal levels of bioactive solions to be obtained for artificial halo-chambers in dynamic regime, with self-adjustment and with multiple uses, such as: elimination or stopping biofilm formation by microbiological contamination of bone and teeth mobile/fixed biometallic and/or bioceramic prosthetic systems, prophylaxis and treatment of cardio-respiratory, osteo-muscular and psycho-motor disorders, as well as improving physical performance in children, elderly people and people who work in high-effort conditions or performance athletes. According to the invention, the device is in the shape of a drum with three groups (I, II and III) of active cells which are radially arranged through some partition walls, between an external horizontal perforated cylinder (1) which has on its external surface a support filtering cloth (2) and an internal horizontal perforated cylinder (3) which is tightly mounted on a distribution cylinder (4), some radial walls (5) that divide the concentric zone between the two perforated cylinders (1 and 3) into some active and inert cells (6) achieving on the base of the distribution cylinder (4) three processes, i.e.: active cells (I) for impregnation by immersion and sorption in a tank (7) containing supersaturated aqueous systems (8) of saline halo-salts, at a temperature of 65...75°C, cells (II) for draining and recrystallization by light vacuuming at 0.8...0.9 at while sucking the dry air from the halo-chamber upon passing it through a diaphragm (9) with fine silica gel granules (10) and cells (III) for solion generation and dispersion by purging hot moistened air in the halo-chamber, from the inside to the outside.
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv pentru generarea nanoaerosolilor salini, care permite realizarea unor nivele optime de solioni bioactivi pentru halocamere artificiale în regim dinamic, cu autoreglare şi multiple utilizări, cum ar fi: eliminarea sau stoparea formării de biofilme prin contaminare microbiologică a sistemelor biometalice şi/sau bioceramice de protezare amovibilă/inamovibilă a oaselor şi dinţilor, prevenţia şi tratamentul unor afecţiuni cardio-respiratorii, osteo-musculare şi psiho-motorii, precum şi pentru îmbunătăţirea performanţelor fizice ale copiilor, vârsnicilor şi persoanelor care lucrează în condiţii de efort ridicat sau a sportivilor de performanţă.
