Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a device for continuous generation of bioactive solions, Aitken-type saline nano aerosols, based on the principle of filter with broad conveying belt in closed circuit which encloses three sectors in the shape of equilateral triangle with sequential differential distribution in three distinct processes: impregnation by light sorption from the halo-salt supersaturated solution, draining by vacuuming, while sucking the dry air from the halo-chamber, dispersion by purging with hot moistened air in the halo-chamber. According to the invention, the device comprises three horizontal cylinders (1), with different notation in the direction opposite to the sense of rotation, an upper cylinder (1a) and a lower cylinder (1b) driven into clockwise rotation by a mechanism consisting of toothed wheels (2) located on the heads of the three cylinders (1), taking over a textile conveyor belt (3), the three cylinders being placed in the apices of an equilateral triangle, delimiting the three cells (I, II and III), tightly sealed from one another by a partition wall (4) with different notations (4a, 4b and 4c), which exhibits in its central zone a circular distributing drum (5) with three radial cells, while at the exterior, on the left side, above the chamber (II), there is a thin parallelepipedal diafragm (6) with rectangular cross section filled with a silica gel (7), the entire generating system being located in a tank (8) which has a heating jacket (9) and contains a halo-salt supersaturated solution, the jacket of the tank (8) being coupled to a system for thermostat heating (12) to 70...75°C, the tank (8) also having a stirrer (13) centrally positioned at the base of the tank (8) and a tap (14) for filling with/discharging the saturated halo-salt solution, the cylinder (5) being differentially connected to a system located in the exterior, on one of the encapsulation caps (c).
