Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to textile structures functionally associated, assembled and 3D modulated, meant for textile architectures as complements of agricultural activities, such as clothing and/or non-clothing products. According to the invention, the structure consists of threads made of 100% polyvinyl chloride fibers that do not maintain combustion, with a LOI value higher than 40, with a good management of transpiration humidity, threads made of 100% polyester fibers with cross section to complete the mechanical potential and time lasting properties with an optimized thermal-physiological wearing comfort, threads made of a mix of natural and regenerated cellulose fibers embedding 1.8...3.5% Ag ions, biocomponent microfibers, polyester, carbon fibres with a role in the management and diminishing of electrostatic charge by friction, accumulation, with benefic effects in psycho-sensorial comfort and protection, threads made of cellulose fibers in admixture with 2...10% fibers of high tenacity and ultra increased molecular mass, bringing a significant gain of mechanical potential to the final threads and textile structures without affecting the specific mass of the textile element, a fibrous mass of regenerated cellulose fibers with phase-change particles, in the range of 50...90 J/g, embedded in the polymer mass, with the role of maintaining thermal balance and benefic effects upon the thermal-physiological comfort of the human body by eliminating its overheating or cooling while maintaining a normal constant comfortable temperature of the body and a fibrous mass made of thermochemically reinforced polyester microfibres with increased thermal insulation function and reduced specific mass.
Invenţia se referă la structuri textile funcţional asociate, asamblate şi modulate 3D, destinate unor arhitecturi textile complementare activităţilor din agricultură, de tip produse vestimentare şi/sau nonvestimentare. Structura conform invenţiei este constituită din fire din 100% fibre polivinilcloride care nu întreţin arderea, cu un LOI de peste 40, cu o bună gestionare a umidităţii, în contextul transpiraţiei, din fire din 100% fibre poliesterice cu secţiune transversală care completează potenţialul mecanic şi durabilitatea în timp, cu un confort în purtare termofiziologic optimizat, din fire din amestec de fibre celulozice naturale şi regenerate care înglobează 1,8-3,5% ioni de Ag, din microfibre biocomponente, poliester, fibră de carbon cu rol de gestionare, diminuare |
