Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei compoziţii efervescente pentru nutriţia şi biostimularea plantelor cultivate la ghiveci. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: distilarea drojdiei de vin pentru recuperarea alcoolului şi a componentelor de aromă, esteri etilici ai acizilor graşi, hidroliza enzimatică a drojdiei de vin cu un amestec de enzime care conţine beta -glucanaze şi proteaze, răcirea hidrolizatului şi adăugarea de acid fosforic soluţie 30%, până la atingerea unei valori pH 1, concentrarea amestecului până la 15% substanţă uscată şi uscarea pe un uscator cu două valţuri, amestecarea produsului uscat raclat de pe uscatorul cu tamburi, în moara cu bile împreună cu coji de ouă şi bicarbonat de potasiu, rezultând o compoziţie având un conţinut de 4,73...4,94%, azot total, 4,04...4,76% carbonat de calciu, 1,31...1,58% oligo- şi microelemente, în special calciu, magneziu, fier, zinc şi cupru şi 0,49...1,34% polifenoli totali. |
