Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing an effervescent composition for the nutrition and biostimulation of potted plants. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists of the following steps: distillation of wine yeast for the recovery of alcohol and flavor components, ethyl esters of fatty acids, enzymatic hydrolysis of wine yeast with a mixture of enzymes containing β -glucanases and proteases, cooling of the hydrolyzate and addition of 30% phosphoric acid solution until a pH value of 1 is reached, concentration of the mixture up to 15% dry matter and drying it in a two-roller dryer, mixing of the dry product scraped from the drum dryer, in the ball mill, together with eggshells and potassium bicarbonate, resulting in a composition having a content of 4.73 ... 4.94% total nitrogen, 4.04 ... 4.76% calcium carbonate, 1.31 ... 1, 58% trace elements and microelements, especially calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper and 0.49 ... 1.34% total polyphenols. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei compoziţii efervescente pentru nutriţia şi biostimularea plantelor cultivate la ghiveci. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele: distilarea drojdiei de vin pentru recuperarea alcoolului şi a componentelor de aromă, esteri etilici ai acizilor graşi, hidroliza enzimatică a drojdiei de vin cu un amestec de enzime care conţine beta -glucanaze şi proteaze, răcirea hidrolizatului şi adăugarea de acid fosforic soluţie 30%, până la atingerea unei valori pH 1, concentrarea amestecului până la 15% substanţă uscată şi uscarea pe un uscator cu două valţuri, amestecarea produsului uscat raclat de pe uscatorul cu tamburi, în moara cu bile împreună cu coji de ouă şi bicarbonat de potasiu, rezultând o compoziţie având un conţinut de 4,73...4,94%, azot total, 4,04...4,76% carbonat de calciu, 1,31...1,58% oligo- şi microelemente, în special calciu, magneziu, fier, zinc şi cupru şi 0,49...1,34% polifenoli totali.
