SCIENTIFIC METHOD OF CONTRPOLLED LASER CLEANING OF POLYCHROME SURFACES

The invention relates to a method of controlled laser cleaning of polychrome surfaces. According to the invention, the method consists of the following steps: mapping the colour zones of an object using a 3D scanner and a hyperspectral camera, analysis of the chemical composition of the painting layers and identification of the pigment types used therein, establishing the laser cleaning duty for each colour cluster, generating a 2D/3D map, depending on the object volumetry and the relief of its surface and application of the laser cleaning process controlled by the generated map. Invenţia se referă la o metodă de curăţare laser controlată a suprafeţelor policrome. Metoda, conform invenţiei, constă din etapele: cartarea zonelor de culoare ale unui obiect folosind un scaner 3D şi o cameră hiperspectrală, analiza compoziţiei chimice a straturilor picturale şi identificarea tipurilor de pigmenţi folosiţi, stabilirea regimurilor de curăţare laser potrivite pentru fiecare cluster de culoare în parte, generarea unei hărţi 2D/3D, în funcţie de volumetria obiectului şi relieful suprafeţei acestuia, şi aplicarea procedeului de curăţare laser controlat de harta generată.
