CAPSULE, PLANT AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING PRODUCTS AND EXTRACTS FROM COMPEX PREPARATIONS

The invention relates to a capsule, a plant and a process for preparing products and extracts from complex preparations. According to the invention, the extraction capsule consists of a body (1) comprising a wall (6), a floating element (4) and pieces for fixing the floating element (4) onto the body wall, the body (1) also comprising inside an enclosure for storing a raw material (MP), delimited by the wall (6), and a removable perforated cover (5), placed above the enclosure and sliding along the height of the enclosure, and, at the bottom, a drain hole, covered by a removable sieve (2), and the floating element (4) is made of a material with a density lower than that of a solvent, the fastening pieces allowing the floating element to be adjusted to various heights on the wall (6) of the body (1). According to the invention, the plant is provided with an automation panel (TA) comprising a programmable clock, means of power supply from a power source, a display panel and a remote control module and with at least one empty tank, optionally equipped with a sterilizer (UV) and/or a cooler, a heating element and/or thermal insulation, flow sensors and thermal sensors. The claimed process consists in supplying the raw material into the capsule (C), introducing the capsule filled with raw material (MP) into an extraction vessel (VE), solvent intake into the extraction vessel (VE) so that the solvent gets in contact with the raw material (MP), keeping the solvent or the solvent flow in the extraction vessel (VE) for a preset period, in order to achieve the extraction of active principles from the raw material (MP), maintaining the processing vessel (VE) at a preset temperature, discharging the solvent and extract mixture from the extraction vessel and transporting the mixture for storage purposes to one of the tanks.
