Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to improved anti-friction alloys of YPbSn10Ca and YPbSn10Mg type characterized by a higher structure and much improved tribological properties as compared to the commercial YPbSn10 alloy. According to the invention, the alloys have the following chemical compositions: a. the YPbSn10Ca alloy consists of 0.2...0.5% Ca, 9.5...12% Sn, 14.5...6.5% Sb, 0,5...1.5% Cu and Pb for the remainder and b. the alloy YPbSn10Mg consists of 0.2...0.5% Mg, 9.5...12% Sn, 14.5...6, 5% Sb, 0.5...1.5% Cu and Pb for the remainder, both alloys having impurities of maximum 0.2%, for which values of the friction coefficient ranging between 0.0871...0.1126 were obtained, which are improved by 66% as compared to the friction coefficient of the commercial alloy YPbSn10. |
