According to the invention,the catalyst consists of a mechanically prepared mixture, in different ratios ranging between 5 ... 20% catalytic material consisting of iron oxide particles Fe2O3 with particle size ≤ 45 ... 50 μ m and coal particles with the size ≤ 1 ... 2 mm, prepared by pyrolysis of rapeseed grit/walnut shell biomass, the catalyst having a density between 0.521 ... 0.732 g/cm 3 and the BET specific area between 706 ... 864 m2/g. According to the invention, the process consists of the pyrolysis of the residual biomass formed by rapeseed grit/ walnut shell biomass for 30 minutes, at a temperature of 700°C, in an atmosphere of nitrogen gas 99.9 vol%, cooling under a stream of nitrogen and extraction of the resulting coal from the reactor, crushing the coal by grinding and sieving the carbonaceous material to particles ≤ 1 ... 5 mm, mechanical mixing, for 5 ... 10 minutes, of Fe2O3 particles with the coal, in various ratios between 5 ... 20 %, obtaining the catalysts and storing them.
Invenţia se referă la un catalizator obţinut prin amestecarea mecanică a materialului catalitic cu particule de cărbune şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia, catalizatorul putând fi utilizat în diverse procese de conversie, inclusiv în reformarea gudronului prezent în gazul generat prin conversia biomasei. Catalizatorul conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-un amestec mecanic în diferite rapoarte cuprinse între 5...20% de material catalitic constând din particule de oxid de fier Fe2O3 cu dimensiunea particulelor ≤ 45...50 μ m şi particule de cărbune cu dimensiunea ≤ 1...2 mm, obţinute prin piroliza biomasei de şrot de rapiţă/ coji de nuci, catalizatorul având o densitate cuprinsă între 0,521...0,732 g/cm3 iar suprafaţa specifică BET este cuprinsă între 706...864 m2/g. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în piroliza biomasei reziduale formată din shrot de rapiţă/ coji de nuci timp de 30 minute la o temperatură de 700°C în atmosferă de azot gaz 99,9 vol%, răcirea sub curent de azot şi extragerea din reactor a cărbunelui rezultat, mărunţirea cărbunelui prin măcinare şi sitarea materialului carbonic la particule ≤ 1...5 mm, amestecarea mecanică timp de 5...10 minute a particule |
