Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing polyester-polyol compositions to be used for making polyurethane binders for solid rocket fuels. According to the invention, the process consists of the following successive stages: 1. solvolysis of PET wastes in polyethylene glycol 600, di-trimethylolpropane and 2-ethylhexanol in molar ratios of 60...70 : 0...14 : 25...40, in the presence of trans (esterification) catalyst, in a molar ratio of 0.5...6% in relation with the PET, while stirring, at a temperature of 185°C, for 3...5 h, 2. esterification of reaction products with adipic or sebacic acid, in a molar ratio of 0.75...1 : 1 in relation with the PET, in the presence of catalysts selected from among stannous octanoate, titanium tetraisopropoxide, zinc chloride and butyl methyl imidazonium, at a temperature of 200...205°C, for 5...6 h, with in-situ formation of reactive polyester oligomer plasticizers, resulting in polyester polyol compositions with suitable physical-chemical properties for obtaining composite materials for rocket fuels.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor compoziţii poliester-poliolice utilizate pentru realizarea lianţilor poliuretanici din combustibili solizi de rachete. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele succesive de: (1) solvoliza deşeurilor de PET în polietilenglicol 600, di-trimetilolpropan şi 2-etilhexanol în rapoarte molare de 60...70/0...14/25...40, în prezenţă de catalizator de trans(esterificare), în procent molar de 0,5...6% faţă de PET, sub agitare, la temperatura de 185°C, timp de 3...5 h, (2) esterificarea produşilor de reacţie cu acid adipic sau acid sebacic, în raport molar de 0,75...1/1 faţă de PET, în prezenţă de catalizatori aleşi dintre octanoat stanos tetraizopropoxid de titan, clorură de zinc şi butil metil imidazoniu, la temperatura de 200...205°C, timp de 5...6 h, cu formarea in situ a unor plastifianţi poliesterici oligomeri reactivi, rezultând compoziţii poliester-poliolice cu proprietăţi fizico-chimice adecvate pentru obţinerea materialelor compozite din combustibili de rachete. |
