SUSTAINABLE MODELLING OF A CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

The invention relates to center of excellence sustainable modelling meant for constructive development and adequate endowment of an educational center, so that it can ensure the operation of a novel system of personalized education adapted to individual uniqueness. A complex process is used for selection, construction and organization of an educational module consisting of 7 educational centers of excellence (CEE): computerized education and IT (1); human resources - potential maximization (2); crisis management (3); process administration (4); natural environment protection technologies (5); responsible and conscious innovation and inventics (6); analysis, strategy and leadership modelling (7) which are specialized in a respective field of activity, with defined key-concepts, directions, goals, laboratories, research, conditions needed for implementation, where each such center (CEE) has an enrichment center (CE) for identifying active and passive potentials, a research center (CC) for identifying high-performance technical solutions potential, school and personal development center (Gi), high-school (Li), university (Un), an IT platform (PIT), a product patenting and certification center (CP), recreational and logistic spaces. Their constructive and functional model is based on a process developed by computerized algorithmics, comprising some interdependent networks with specific functions, having some semantic nodes (A...L) interconnected by a series of vector lines (a...l) to ensure informational transfer from one node to another.
