Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for producing reverse organic solar cells of the ITO/ZnO/donor +acceptor/MoO3/Al type exhibiting a PCE efficiency > 1%. The donor used is an indacenedithiophene pentacyclic-type derivative derivatized with two benzofuran units, and the acceptor is the commercial fullerene derivative PC61BM. In the step of decorating the central skeleton with benzofuran units, the donor synthesis involves the use of the Stille coupling reaction. The organic solar cell proper is obtained by depositing, over the ITO layer of the commercial support, a layer of 40 nm of ZnO and then a layer of 80 nm of donor : acceptor mixture in a ratio of 1:2, by spin-coating, followed by advanced-vacuum deposition of a layer of MoO3 with a thickness of 10 nm and the Al electrode as a 100 nm-thick layer. The thus obtained cell shows a solar energy conversion efficiency of 1.15%. |
