Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for preparing a hybrid organic-inorganic material as polymeric pearls with magnetic particle content, applicable in environmental remediation and biotechnology. According to the invention, the process consists in dissolving, in dimethyl sulphoxide solvent, at a temperature of at least 80°C, the following polymers: vinyl alcohol with a polymerization degree of 1000 and hydrolysis degree of 98% and methacrylic acid-acrylonitrile copolymer, respectively, followed by the admixture of magnetite nanoparticles in an amount of at least 4% in relation with the polymeric mixture, the solution is homogenized by stirring for 2 h, after which it is added, as drops, to a coagulation bath consisting of a mixture of 40...60% isopropyl alcohol and, for the remainder, water, at a temperature of 20...30°C, to result in a material as polymeric pearls of controlled porosity and with magnetic properties which are maintained in the coagulation bath up to utilization. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui material hibrid organic-anorganic sub formă de perle polimerice cu conţinut de particule magnetice cu aplicaţii în recondiţionarea mediului şi în biotehnologie. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în dizolvarea în solvent dimetilsulfoxid la cel puţin 80°C a polimerilor: alcool vinilic, cu grad de polimerizare 1000 şi grad de hidroliză 98%, respectiv, copolimer acrilonitril-acid metacrilic, după care se adaugă o cantitate de nanoparticule de magnetită de cel puţin 4% relativ la amestecul polimeric, şi soluţia se omogenizează prin amestecare timp de 2 h, după care se adaugă sub formă de picătură într-o baie de coagulare formată dintr-un amestec de 40...60% alcool izopropilic şi în rest, apă, la temperatura de 20...30°C, rezultând un material sub formă de perle polimerice cu porozitate controlată şi proprietăţi magnetice care se menţin în baia de coagulare până la utilizare.
