Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for preparing vegetal extracts with therapeutical action for topical use. According to the invention, the process consists of the microwave-assisted extraction of the vegetal material consisting of aerial parts of Melissa officinalis, using absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent, in a ratio of 1:3...1:6, time of extraction 10...35 min, microwave power of 700...1000 W, without stirring, followed by concentration in the rotary evaporator and drying by lyophilizing, to result in vegetal extracts which simultaneously exhibit antioxidant activity of 80...90% and antimicrobial activity determined by measuring the inhibition area of 1...15 mm for Staphylococcus aureus and 9...12 mm for Escherichia coli.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor extracte vegetale cu acţiune terapeutică de uz topic. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în extracţia asistată de microunde a materialului vegetal constând din părţi aeriene de Melissa officinalis, utilizând ca solvent alcool etilic absolut, în raport 1:3...1:6, timp de extracţie 10...35 min, putere microunde 700...1000 W, fără agitare, urmată de concentrare în evaporatorul rotativ şi uscarea prin liofilizare, rezultând extracte vegetale care prezintă concomitent activitate antioxidantă de 80...90% şi activitate antimicrobiană determinatăprin măsurarea zonei de inhibiţie de 1...15 mm pentru Staphylococcus aureus şi 9...12 mm pentru Escherichia coli. |
