According to the invention, the process comprises the synthesis in phase transfer and/or micellar catalysis conditions, resulting in soaps of homogeneous β -nonylphenylpolyoxy α -methylpropionates of alkaline type and/or ethanol ammonium type, with non-ionic-anionic structure of the general formula wherein n is the homogeneous oligomerization degree of propylene oxide in the polyoxypropylene chain, n=0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and M+ is an alkaline metal cation or mono-, di- and/or triethylammonium cations.
